Our second Trimble Forestry User Conference in 2025 will be held in amazing Auckland, New Zealand, from September 9 to 11, 2025!
The conference will start with a reception on Tuesday evening, followed by one and a half days of interesting sessions on September 10 and 11. After the User Conference, you will have the option for one-on-one meetings in the afternoon of Thursday, September 11.
Registration is open – enjoy the early bird rate
We offer a special Early Bird rate of $600 NZD, valid until the end of March 2025! The regular price will be $765 NZD. For late registrations made after August 1, the price will be $850 NZD.
In addition to the one and a half days of the high-quality program, the registration fee includes the welcome reception, dinner, lunches, and continuous coffee.
If you want to bring your partner to the dinner, a guest ticket is also available for $180 NZD, including dinner, two drink vouchers and transport from Novotel Auckland Airport if the dinner is held outside the hotel. The guest ticket can be purchased at the time of registration.
Payment is made upon registration using a credit card. Free cancellation until the end of May 2025.
Hotel reservations
Need a hotel? We recommend booking a room at the Novotel Auckland Airport, the conference venue. The special room rate for our conference attendees is $295 NZD per room per night, including buffet breakfast for one adult, GST, and is non-commissionable.
There is also an alternative: Ibis Budget Auckland Airport. The special room rate for this option is $179 NZD per room per night (room only, GST, and is non-commissionable). The hotel is a brisk 10-minute walk from Novotel Auckland Airport.
The discounted booking link expires 30 days before arrival, and the special price is valid from Sunday, 7 September 2025, to Saturday, 13 September 2025.
