Trimble Forestry is moving to a unified support system for managing customer support cases starting January 2023.

Trimble Forestry’s Support system offers customers access to:

  • Simple support case creation with easy resolution tracking and email status notifications
  • Growing repository of comprehensive Knowledge Articles that can be searched to encourage self assisted case resolution
  • My Solutions feature provides access to site specific support cases that are easy to reference

The new support  system release schedule will be completed in waves across the full Trimble Forestry product line.

Customers that have an email address account registered with Trimble Forestry will be able to login on the Forestry Support Portal.  New users will be prompted to setup a new Forestry Support Account and will receive follow-up emails to gain access. Forward any questions on migrating from your current support environment to the new Trimble Forestry unified support system to  forestrysupport@trimble.com
