  4. Add New Plan: Click the “Add New” button to create a new Seller-to-Buyer allocation plan.
  5. Enter Plan Details: Fill in all required information, including product details, contract ID, and delivery specifics.

Understanding the Seller-to-Buyer Allocation Plans: Streamlining Your Supply Chain for Full Traceability

Seller-to-Buyer Allocation Plan is a digital document that links your finished wood products to the raw materials used to create them.

Think of it as a digital record that answers the question, “Where did the wood in this product come from?”

This plan is crucial for:

  • EUDR Compliance: It provides buyers with the documentation they need to prove their products are deforestation-free, helping them meet regulations like the EUDR.

  • Traceability: It creates a clear, digital record of the entire chain of custody, from the source of the timber to the final product.

  • Building Trust: By providing this plan, you give your customers confidence that your products are responsibly sourced and compliant.
