Conference Registration
Seats are limited, so we recommend you reserve yours as soon as possible. This will also allow you to take advantage of the lower Early Bird price (379 € + VAT 24%). The price includes the high quality programme, two lunches, snacks & coffee, pre conference dinner on Monday, and a memorable offsite dinner on Tuesday evening.
Refund policy: 100% refund before August 1, 50% refund until September 1, and no refund after September 1.

Need a hotel? We recommend booking a room at the Clarion Hotel Helsinki, which is connected to the conference venue. As a participant of the Trimble Forestry User Conference you will get a room at a reduced rate (-15% from Clarion’s flexible daily rate). We will have lab environments running throughout the conference this year. This is your opportunity to spend time in the lab with our software engineers, ask questions and receive feedback on techniques. Whether you’re just getting started with Trimble solutions or an experienced user interested in becoming more efficient, this is a great opportunity to get hands-on with our product offerings.
Networking
Spend time meeting and sharing knowledge with other users over the course of three days. In addition to the scheduled sessions, there will be many opportunities to meet with peers and share techniques informally during the day or evening.
